RECOMMENDED FOR HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS
Our Success Coaches help 11th and 12th graders assess their academic standing and financial situations, submit college applications, apply for loans and scholarships, and prepare for the social and emotional demands of college life.

HOW IT WORKS
You and the CC team discuss your school’s needs and we customize our program accordingly:

We identify the right Success Coach/es to work with your teachers, students and guidance staff, in class and in the college office, up to five days per week, with additional support in the college office if desired.

CC2 combines curriculum-based instruction and individualized support with college and financial aid applications, personal statements, and essays.

Can be combined with Financial Connections or Career Connections, or adapted for CTE schools, with an emphasis on vocational training and job readiness.
