Many Young People Are Unaware of the Benefits of Attending College or Are Never Taught the Steps to Finding a School That Is Right for Them.

CC1 introduces 9th and 10th grade students to the conversation about going to college and helps them start crafting their action plans.

STUDENTS WILL

Learn effective interview techniques

Learn to access college resources

Understand the financial and career benefits of earning a college degree

Make the connection between academic success and the college experience

Create a personalized timeline preparing them for the college admissions process

Work with Success Coaches who offer personalized recommendations and guidance based on students’ unique needs

HOW IT WORKS
​You and the CC team discuss your school’s needs and we customize our program accordingly:

We identify the right Success Coach/es to work with your teachers, students and guidance staff, in class and in the college office, up to five days per week.

CC1 instruction is based on our Common Core-aligned curriculum and can be combined with Career Connections or CC2, depending on the age and needs of your students.
